As part of the process of packing the books in to boxes ready for the move to the new Library of Birmingham, staff in the Archives and Heritage department uncovered several boxes of old silent film scores – so they sent them over to the CBSO to have a few recorded to launch a competition for animators to give them a new lease of life.
