  • CCTV cameras weren’t working during Digbeth club shooting

    Security cameras were not working properly when four people were shot at a Birmingham music event, it has emerged. An emergency meeting of city licensing chiefs agreed to a police request for an immediate ban on future events at a room in the Custard Factory, Digbeth.
  • Birminghams Fiddle & Bone to receive glam new make-over!

    The Fiddle and Bone is set to receive a stunning new renovation and re-branding by new owners and up and coming Warwickshire based interior design practice, Design Studio B. The old Pub is set to undergo a huge transformation into a sophisticated designer bar and restaurant, due to open later this year.
  • £150m Connaught Square scheme under threat as developer goes into administration

    Connaught Square, later renamed Rivercross, would have comprised 658 new apartments, a 180-bed hotel incorporating 36 serviced apartments, shops, offices, bars, restaurants, more than 1,000 underground car parking spaces, two new public squares and public amenity space.
