Proposed Colston Primary Care Centre, in Bath Row, Five Ways, was deemed “too big” by NHS West Midlands officers. Health Authority board members have now deferred approval of the business case, calling for Heart of Birmingham Primary Care Trust(PCT) to come before them with more details in light of the economic climate.
