  • Talks under way over sale of Brindleyplace

    The mixed-use estate is currently owned by a team of investors called the Brindleyplace Limited Partnership apart from Eleven which was developed and is owned by Argent. The identity of the buyers has not been confirmed but reports suggest property firms Moorfield and Hines have joined forces to table a £200m bid.

  • Fourth lap dancing club to open on Broad Street

    The Boujee Rooms on Broad Street, currently an upstairs nightclub, can now put on strip, pole and lap dancing shows 24 hours a day.
