Earlier this month, there were rumors that Apple might host another virtual event next month, where they showcase their first Mac computers with their own processor, the Apple Silicon. Now, according to a tweet from the Jon Prosser leak, he says the event will take place on November 17th.
Prosser believes event invitations will also be sent out on November 10, a week before the event, which is typical of Apple. We cannot say for sure that this date is correct, but Prosser has been terribly precise in his statements, so it is possible that these dates are true, but we suggest you take this with some consideration.
It is not known which computers will be announced at this event. Apple should go slow and start with cheaper models before moving on to Pro models, and one of the rumors is that the company may be relaunching the 12-inch MacBook, in addition to giving the MacBook Air a variant with the Apple Silicon.

However, a rumor earlier this week revealed that Apple had applied for several certifications from the Eurasian Economic Commission, where it was suggested that there could also be desktop models along the way.
With the Apple Silicon SDK being based on a Mac mini, there’s a chance Apple is preparing a commercial variant, but we’ll have to wait and see.
