Ebb Software unveils Scorn gameplay video for Xbox Series X

Ebb Software today unveiled a new extended gameplay trailer for its upcoming first-person horror game, Scorn. The video shows a significantly updated version of the level first shown in 2017, this time on Xbox Series X.

The footage is taken from a different part of the level revealed earlier and shows the team’s progress in the unique Scorn experience. Gameplay and playing systems have been improved, with new weapons, animations, environments and creatures added.

The entire environment and each encounter within it are designed to tell a specific story and to draw the player into the world of contempt. Initially indifferent to their humanoid presence in the sticky and organic passages they inhabit, the creatures you encounter quickly become hostile if encountered.

The game for a few months now can run on an Xbox Series X, but has already hit par with high-end PC setups. Many more optimizations for both platforms are planned ahead of its launch, which is only scheduled for 2021.
