Gran Turismo 7 may arrive earlier than expected

An official announcement from Sony Interactive Entertainment suggests that its next simulation game, the highly anticipated Gran Turismo 7, from studio Polyphony Digital, will be released in the first half of next year.

Not mentioned by Japanese designer Kazunori Yamauchi during the game’s only official presentation, the release date of Polyphony Digital’s new car simulation has been the subject of a lingering rumor for months. If fans have been waiting for the arrival of a GT7 since the launch of the PS5 on November 12 or 19, it is now easy to believe that it will have a “launch window” in three or six months).

Although Sony wants to be discreet about this license, despite promises to use the power of the PlayStation 5, and the features of DualSense, an announcement visible on the YouTube platform suggests that the launch is scheduled for the first half of 2021.

Whether it was a communication error, or a communication strategy, before an official announcement, we still don’t know. The truth is that the Japanese manufacturer has not yet commented on this issue.

This game, which is expected to be exclusive to PlayStation 5, is expected to offer classic features with the return of special events, championships, driving school, tuning parts store, used car dealership, GT Auto, in addition to presenting the new GT Sport mode, Brand Central and Discover.
