Huawei announces Nova 8 SE with 5 photo sensors and a Dimensity processor

As expected, Huawei today announced the natural successor to the Nova 7 SE, and I’m talking about the Nova 8 SE, where the most important note is the fact that it has 5 photo sensors and processors from Mediatek.

It will hit the market with a 6.53-inch OLED display with FullHD + resolution and an integrated fingerprint sensor.

One of the most surprising things about the phone is on the inside, as it arrives with Mediatek processors. And it was not a typo, they are processors, because there are two variants, the first with Mediatek Dimensity 720 and a second variant with Dimensity 800U. In both cases, it supports 5G networks, 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.1 internal storage which can be expanded using a MicroSD card.

As for photography, it has four sensors on the back, the main one being a 64MP sensor, which is accompanied by an 8MP ultra wide angle sensor, a 2MP depth sensor and the fourth is a macro sensor. 8MP. Up front we have a 16MP sensor.

Its battery is 3800mAh with support for fast charging of 66W. And compared to its operating system, it is EMUI 10.1, which is based on Android 10.

Huawei Nova 8 SE price and availability

It will be available in Magic Night Black, Dark Blue, Silver Moon Start, and Sakura Show Clear Sky colors, priced at 2,599 yuan (around 332 euros) for the model with a Dimensity 720 processor, and 2,699 yuan (around 345 euros) for the version with Dimensity 800U processor.

It is not yet known whether it will be available on the national market.
