A few days ago we reported here an issue that is affecting the iPhone 12 Mini screen, and today there are reports of a different issue, which is related to the screen, but this times from iPhone 12.
The most recent reports, which come from several recent owners of the iPhone 12, show that their device reveals a greenish tint on their screen, and some report that the screen may flicker with some frequency. However, if you are one of those affected by this defect, rest assured, because everything indicates that the problem is at the software level. Did the folks at MacRumors have access to an official internal Apple document, which was sent to Apple Authorized Service Services advising not to support these devices.
Instead, the Cupertino-based company asks technicians to advise customers to keep their equipment up to date with the latest version of iOS. In other words, the problem would be purely software and could be fixed with a simple update. However, you will have to wait for a new update to see if the issue has been fixed or not. Otherwise, it can unfortunately mean that your device’s screen is faulty.
IPhone 12 series comes with greenish screen
This concern appears to affect virtually all different iPhone 12 models without distinction, namely the iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. Not all users necessarily have this issue. So if your screen is not green then don’t worry because your device is probably still having screen issues. For the rest, you will have to be patient while Apple solves this problem.
